Meet Our Team

Dana has been in public accounting for over 40 years, all with MWH Group. She is a tax supervisory manager. She has lived in the Wichita Falls area for over 40 years and is a graduate of Midwestern State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dana has special knowledge in nonprofit tax-exemption applications, nonprofit compliance, and 1031 exchanges, as well as general corporate, partnership and individual taxation. Dana currently serves as treasurer of the Nonprofit Center board. She attends First Baptist Church West Campus. She has two daughters and a grandson. Dana enjoys shopping, art projects, and spending time with family, especially her grandson.

Kathy has been in public accounting for over 30 years. She has been a tax supervisory manager with MWH Group since 2007. She is a graduate of Midwestern State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Council of Petroleum Accountants. Kathy was born in Wichita Falls. She moved to Canada and Maryland because of her husband's profession. They returned to Wichita Falls in January, 2007. She has special knowledge in the oil and gas industry, construction, and nonprofit organizations as well as general corporate, partnership and individual taxation. Kathy has the Not-For-Profit certificate from the AICPA. She is also a member of the AICPA Not-For-Profit section. Kathy serves on several nonprofit boards and committees. She is a member of Faith Lutheran Church. She is married to Douglas with one son. Kathy enjoys reading and working in her lawn.

Vladimer has been in public accounting since 2007. He was born and raised in Zugdidi, Georgia (which in the past has gained a nickname “Little Texas”), a small country surrounded by the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. He came to Wichita Falls in 1999 as an exchange student and graduated from Midwestern State University with a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration. He became a US Citizen in 2018 and was very proud to be able to participate for the first time in the Presidential Primary in 2020. Vladimer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He works in most areas of taxation, including individual, fiduciary, corporate and partnership, with specialized knowledge in manufacturing and e-commerce, tax planning for mergers and acquisitions, investment partnerships and maximizing retirement and related tax savings. He is a member of the Georgian Orthodox Church. He is married to Amy with one son. Vladimer enjoys attending his son’s activities, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Carlos started his public accounting career as an intern at MWH Group in January 2007. He was born and raised in Knox City, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University and his graduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He serves as a financial statement auditor for our financial institutions, construction, manufacturing & life insurance companies, and various other for-profit entities. He is married to Christina and enjoys cookouts with friends and family, reading, playing golf, and watching football.

Anna has been in public accounting since 2013. Upon her graduation from Midwestern State University in 2007, she worked in the private sector for 6 years before joining the team at MWH Group, P.C. in 2013. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Anna has special knowledge in performing attest work for government entities and employee benefit plans. Born and raised in Texas, she has made her home in Wichita Falls since 2004. Anna and her husband, John, have 7 children and 19 grandchildren. Anna enjoys reading, working the New York Times crossword puzzles, traveling, and spending time with her family.
